- Normally a 2-night minimum booking applies and 3-nights on long weekends and festivals.
- Standard rate is based on 2 persons staying, using one bedroom. If both bedrooms are required a $30 charge applies. Please advise on booking so the cottage can be set up accordingly.
- To confirm any booking the first night’s tariff is required.
- Check In time: 2pm onwards. Check Out time: 10.30am.
- We are happy to put together a package for your special time away so either email us or phone us on 0419 188 974 to discuss your requirements.
- Gift Vouchers are available for stay or can be a $ amount.
- Single nights if available will be loaded on the booking calendar.
- Not suitable for young children.
- We are happy to order flowers, chocolates, or book restaurants and tours on your behalf.

Cancellation Policy and Booking Conditions
- Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur a $50 administration fee.
- Cancellations received between 15 and 30 days prior to the arrival date will incur a fee of 50% of the total booking cost.
- Cancellations received less than 15 days prior to the arrival date will be liable for the full cost of the accommodation.
- Travel insurance is highly recommended to safeguard against the unexpected.
- The use of the cottage is for paying guests only, any extra guests will be charged a per person per night fee.
- A smoking policy is in place in the cottage, ashtrays are provided outside on the verandah.
- We ask that you treat our property with care and show respect to our cleaning staff. The cottage needs to be left in a respectable condition. If any additional cleaning is required a minimum charge of $75 will apply.
